The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Bournemouth Avionics Ltd (us, we) for the purchase of any item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

By ordering a product from Bournemouth Avionics you accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
The products, descriptions, and prices shown on this website constitute an “invitation to treat”, consequently all orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Orders placed through this website, whether payment is made at the time of order or not, are subject to confirmation of acceptance by Bournemouth Avionics. Up to the point of acceptance orders placed through the online ordering facility should not be interpreted as contractually binding on either party. Automated system acknowledgements of receipt of the order, confirmation of order, or receipt of payment, do not constitute acceptance of the order by Bournemouth Avionics.
Some products are subject to limitations on sale or supply. These may include but are not limited to: manufacturer restrictions, compulsory supply of additional custom installation equipment or materials, statutory or regulatory restrictions. Where such restrictions involve an additional cost, we will advise you of the applicable costs before acceptance.
Dispatch of your order at the prices shown on the website will in all cases constitute formal acceptance of the order by us in the absence of any other acceptance.
A legally binding contract between you and Bournemouth Avionics will be formed when your order is dispatched or collected. If your order is only partially dispatched, the contract will only apply to the goods dispatched. The products that have not been dispatched will not form part of this contract with you until they are dispatched.
Although Bournemouth Avionics endeavour to ensure prices on this website are correct, Bournemouth Avionics reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and dispatch, Bournemouth Avionics shall inform you by e-mail and you shall at that point have the right to either (a) accept the change, in which case your reply will represent a new offer which Bournemouth Avionics will accept upon dispatch, or (b) reject the change, in which case your reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the remaining part of your order.
In the event of a product becoming unavailable, no alternative product will be substituted by Bournemouth Avionics without your prior agreement. Bournemouth Avionics shall inform you of any suitable substitute product and you shall at that point have the right to either (a) accept the substitution, in which case your reply will represent a new offer which Bournemouth Avionics will accept upon dispatch, or (b) reject the change, in which case your reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the remaining part of your order.

Prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Bournemouth Avionics accept payment by debit or credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer/internet banking. All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.
All credit and charge card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Bournemouth Avionics, your order will not be accepted and Bournemouth Avionics will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Orders paid for by any other means will not be dispatched until Bournemouth Avionics receive confirmation of receipt of funds with clearance.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel but is separate and additional to your statutory right.
Your cancellation period starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This rule does not apply to goods and services worth £42 or less. This is a UK statutory right.
Should you exercise your statutory right to cancel the contract/order you will have 14 days from the date your cancellation is request is received to return the goods . We will refund the price you have paid for the goods and standard delivery, but not any additional service provided by Bournemouth Avionics, such as the custom manufacture or assembly of wiring or other installation parts or special packing or a special delivery service.
You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means you are responsible for maintaining the goods in the same condition in which they were received. If the item is not in the same condition as delivered, this may affect your statutory right to cancel.
i.e. you can only handle the goods to the extent that is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. If you cause damage to the goods by going beyond this entitlement then Bournemouth Avionics (bavionics.co.uk) will recover that amount from you up to the contract price.
To cancel an order, please send a request to cancel the order in writing, by either e-mail or post, stating the reasons for your cancellation of the order or return.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge the cost of collection to you.
After the cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item to you as soon as possible after the return of the goods, and within a maximum period of 30 days from cancellation.
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment as the original payment. Bournemouth Avionics will not be responsible for any delays arising through the banking system in the crediting of refunds to cardholder accounts.
Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Refund of the postage you incurred up to a maximum of £10.00.
You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty goods within 30 days of receiving it.
If you don’t reject the goods within the first 30 days, and find a fault within the first six months of possessing your faulty goods, you’ll need to give us chance to make a repair or replacement. If that’s unsuccessful, we will refund.
After the first six months, you need to prove the fault you’ve found was present at the time you purchased the goods/took ownership.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Although Bournemouth Avionics take every care to ensure accuracy, Bournemouth Avionics make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information on the website. The extent of the liability of Bournemouth Avionics for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.
All artwork, pictures, products, content, designs, text, images and website code shown or otherwise used in this site is protected by copyright. No part of this website may be reproduced either in part or full without the explicit written permission of the relevant copyright owners.
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Contracts between you and Bournemouth Avionics Ltd shall be governed by English Law and you and Bournemouth Avionics submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
